Affordable Housing Program | |
|
AHP is a program that is a unique housing program that provides apartments at below-market rent. There are two income levels: Low Income Level (LI) and Very Low Income Level (VLI). The income levels are based on the medium income of residents of Washington County as determined by HUD. The Low Income Level is 80% of the county medium income, and the Very Low Income Level is 50% of the county medium. Unlike the Income Restricted Programs at other complexes in town, the government does not give a credit to Sunset Springs for the difference in rent. We have limited number of apartments that participate on the AHP. |
